Avocado Toast

  1. Halve the avocado and scoop out the pit.
  2. Toast bread to your preference.
  3. Gently brush the toast's surface with the chopped side of a fresh garlic clove while it's still hot.
  4. Using a spoon, remove the avocado flesh and mash it onto the bread using a fork.
  5. Add a dash of pepper and salt.
  6. Garnish with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or top with chosen toppings.
  7. Serve right away.
